Whoa! What a list of facts! I'd have to agree with the majority of these statements, with the exception of #20, mostly because of the amount of research I have read to the contrary. Now, if they were studying synthetic vitamins, like the cheap stuff sold at Walgreens and Walmart, then, yes, I agree. But when you compare the benefits of natural vitamins and whole-food supplements, then I would whole-heartedly disagree.
