25 Things You Probably Didn't Know About Your Body and Health

Whoa! What a list of facts! I'd have to agree with the majority of these statements, with the exception of #20, mostly because of the amount of research I have read to the contrary. Now, if they were studying synthetic vitamins, like the cheap stuff sold at Walgreens and Walmart, then, yes, I agree. But when you compare the benefits of natural vitamins and whole-food supplements, then I would whole-heartedly disagree.

Important Swine Flu Update

Are you considering getting a flu shot or taking a medically-directed step to try and prevent the Swine Flu? I would be worth your time to consider your options and their possible side-effects first.

I can't really add any commentary to an article as comprehensive as Dr. Mercola's. At one point or another, it will answer any question you have ever had about the Swine Flu, and I gotta say I agree with him 100%.

Germany Bans Cultivation of GM Corn

Well, this is an interesting turn of events for the EU: Germany Bans Cultivation of GM Corn!

Why would they do something like that? you might ask...wow, where do I even start? The article sites the primary reason as explaining that numerous scientific studies demonstrated that GM corn was a danger to the environment. That's reason enough, but the current literature on possible health consequences are staggering as well. Take a look into the subject and let me know what you think about it.
